I am Jenny from Three Moons Midwifery. I am a private midwife practicing in Lennox Head, Ballina, Byron Bay and the greater Northern Rivers region of NSW, Australia.

Three Moons Midwifery was inspired by the seasons of a womans life.. Women, like the moon, go through different phases throughout their lives: the Maiden, the Mother, the Grandmother. Each phase inspires a different path of knowledge and self-discovery.
Three Moons Midwifery supports women both during pregnancy and birth, as well as in every phase of life- to embrace their sacred feminine and celebrate their personal power!

My midwifery journey started with the birth of my best friends daughter. I was invited into her birth space without having the slightest idea of the profound and life changing experience of birth. Witnessing the pure innate wisdom and strength of the female body inspired a deep reverence for birth. With the birth of my two beautiful girls, I searched for that strength inside myself and found that I too, held the innate wisdom of birth. My journey as a midwife has had some challenges but I have never lost the trust in women and their overwhelming strength. I believe birth should be gentle and approached with a deep respect. The time when a new baby enters the world is like no other. I feel honoured to walk beside women and their families at a very profound and yet very normal time in their life.

What is an endorsed Midwife?

An endorsed midwife can provide Medicare funded care relating to pregnancy and the postnatal period. An endorsed midwife can attend homebirths and can offer referrals for tests and ultrasounds or scripts for medications required by a pregnant woman and her baby.
